This test is recommended for individuals who have recently recovered from COVID-19 or have recently received a COVID-19 vaccination, and are interested to know their antibody levels in response to the virus. 

The COVID-19 Antibody Test detects SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) antibodies from a previous infection of the virus and COVID-19 vaccinations. Taking an antibody test too soon after being infected or vaccinated may not accurately reflect your immune response to the virus. It is recommended to wait at least 3 weeks after being diagnosed or receiving a COVID-19 vaccination to administer this test to ensure your body has had enough time to produce antibodies to provide a more accurate result from this test.
