This test is recommended for individuals who have a family history of food allergies, believe they have an allergy to one of the foods tested (as listed below), or have experienced symptoms such as skin rashes, hives, swelling, difficulty breathing, vomiting, or anaphylaxis after consuming a particular food.
The test measures your immunoglobulin E (IgE) reactivity levels to the following 9 common foods.
