Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test (206 foods)
Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test (206 foods)
This test is recommended for individuals who believe they have sensitivities to foods or have experienced digestive symptoms.
The test measures the level of Immunoglobulin (IgG) antibodies in the blood that are specific to 208 different foods. Reactivity levels to a particular food can range from low, moderate or high. A high reactivity can mean an individual's digestive system has difficulty breaking it down, which may onset digestive symptoms such gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, cramping, nausea, or headaches.
By purchasing this test, you acknowledge you are testing your sensitivity to particular foods. Testing methods vary from sensitivity and allergy tests, just as our body responds differently to a food sensitivity and a food allergy. While symptoms of food sensitivities are commonly digestive related, symptoms of food allergies can be more severe and life-threatening, including skin reactions and anaphylaxis. Please refer to our allergy test if you are interested in testing for allergies.

Things to know
In simple, no. Testing methods vary from sensitivity and allergy tests. The way in which our body responds to a food sensitivity also differs from a food allergy. Most symptoms of food sensitivities are commonly digestive related including gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, cramping, nausea, and/or headaches. Symptoms of food allergies can be more severe and life-threatening, including skin reactions and anaphylaxis.
Our test measures 206 tests falling under a variety of categories, including dairy, grains, eggs, fruits, seafood, meats, vegetables, seeds and nuts.
No. It is not required to fast or change your diet prior to administering your test. The test should detect a certain food if you have consumed it within 4 weeks of administering your test. If safe and possible, we advise an elimination after receiving your report, not before.
Our tests measure your IgG reactivity levels to 206 foods. It is important to note the ranges for each food can vary. As displayed on the example report below, the normal range for Almond is 0-3, while the normal range for Barley is 0-10. Our results are displayed so consumers can easily read the level of reactivity for each food via the scale and color coordinated numbers.
Blue to Turquoise = low sensitivity
Dark Green to Lime Green = normal sensitivity
Yellow to Light Orange = moderate sensitivity
Orange to Dark Red = high sensitivity
